In regards to: The Nation Wide Foreclosure Problem

To Whom It May Concern:

1. I look at it from the bottom of the problem up.
2. Who is most in real need of survival help should be the government’s main focus first.
3. Home owner’s personal residents only are #1 priority in my way of thinking any thing beyond that is there problem alone. The price you pay for poor financial investing.
4. Not second home mortgages / vacation homes / investment homes or properties…
5. I believe its time for some financial institution to step up to the plate and create a 50 or 60… year Mtg. loan for specifically only for these folks in mind.
6. This will narrow the crisis range effectively, more sensibly & morally.
7. History tells us 25 years ago a 3 year car loan was almost to much time & now look at: Depending on the cost of the cars & excellent credit scores you can get up to 7 year loans. Cars are the highest risk loan available because of the take flight risks involved.

In Conclusion:
I believe that possibly presented responsibly & by means of very translucent rules and restrictions expressed that the government would support this kind of proposal. I also believe that what ever institution embraces this style of patriotism would most likely be rewarded in many was not mention financially as the primary way.

By the way if my way of perception / wisdom is accepted by whom ever, let it be known. I am unemployed at this time & very much available for a think tank type team membership for consultant type income if offered.
