Access to affordable health care
This is an economic issue, a moral issue, and for too many a life and death issue. It should be a top priority.

I suggest this be changed from "Access to affordable health care" to something more specific, like, "A Public Health Insurance Option". I'm always highly suspicious of "access". I'm against "access" to health care because it usually employed as a subterfuge for a contrary agenda.
Listen to the health insurance industry flacks; they all talk about wanting "access" to health care for "all Americans". It's a PR/BS buzzword, designed to make it sound like these companies actually want everyone to have health care: they don't. They think that the public can be easily duped by the phrase "access to health care."
All Americans already have "access" to health care. All it takes is gobs of money, or a good employer plan, and no pre-existing conditions and you have your "access" to health care. (Of course what they cover, and how much you'll have to pay are other questions entirely.)
So, let's be aware of this "access" BS as we move forward in this debate. "Access" isn't health care. It's actually just the opposite.
